My Core Skills

I’m a product and experience designer with a background in strategy and operations, a master's degree in Human-Centered Design & Engineering, and experience working with organizations like Twitter, Uber, Microsoft, and the City of Seattle.

  • I specialize in helping teams design inclusive product and service experiences from 0 to 1. Using a combination of design research, wireframing, prototyping, and evaluation, I transform ideas into high-quality, tangible designs that meet user needs and align with business objectives.

  • I offer a comprehensive approach to driving design initiatives while building organizational capacity. By collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams, I develop strategic plans, including problem framing, OKRs, design roadmaps, and opportunity areas, integrating human-centered design and innovation to drive growth.

  • I oversee and coordinate the end-to-end execution of design projects. I ensure effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams, working within timelines, budgets and resources to maximize the impact of design initiatives, maintain quality standards, and drive meaningful outcomes.

UX + UI DESIGN

Designing a digital system for culturally responsive healthcare

Traverse leverages digital tools and technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) to support culturally responsive patient-provider interactions across the primary care journey.

UX + UI DESIGN

Customizing the Uber rider experience

A personalized Uber experience based on rider preferences, habits, and comfort. Through Favorite Driver, riders can save and select drivers who delivered an ideal experience in order to recall and recreate that experience for future rides.

UX DESIGN

Creating a centralized hub for public goods

A refresh of the Postsecondary Changemakers website to create a gateway for and increase awareness of the myriad of public goods related to postsecondary institutional transformation developed by the Gates Foundation, their partners, and grantees.

RESEARCH + STRATEGY

Defining opportunities for youth well-being in digital spaces

A comprehensive set of principles and strategic opportunity areas informing a strategy for Hopelab aimed at influencing and activating emerging technologies (e.g., web3 and metaverse) in support of youth well-being.
